Base pricing includes the first 3 miles. Additional miles are billed at $3.00 per mile.
After-hours pricing applies between 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
Sunday and holiday rides add $15.00.
Waiting time is billed at $10 per 15 minutes.
Multiple pickups are charged at half the round-trip price per stop, plus mileage.
No-shows and late cancellations (after 6 PM the day before) are billed at $30.00.
Services outside Charlotte or special requests will be quoted separately.

Do I pay before or after the ride?

Payment is collected at the time of service. You can pay by cash, credit/debit card, or any
other method approved by Medical Transportation of America. For scheduled rides, pre–
payment may be available upon request.

Yes! You can schedule transportation for a family member or loved one. Please provide all necessary details, including pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment time, and any special assistance they may require.

Do you offer same-day transportation?

Yes, we provide same-day transportation whenever possible. Availability depends on demand and location, so we recommend calling as early as possible to ensure timely service.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once your ride is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via phone, email, or text. Our team will also contact you to verify the details and answer any questions before your scheduled pickup.
